The longer your client is open (the mean of uptime) the higher are the chances you get promote to ultrapeer especially when you restart LW OR there is an ultrapeer shortage. *Hint* Go in connections and cancel your ultrapeer connections until you have a (ultrapeer) instead of (leaf) at the bottom left to the connection field.
