I think so. Here's what the link posted above says: Quote:
Requirements
iTunes works with all Macintosh computers that have built-in USB ports. Mac OS 9.0.4 is required; Mac OS 9.2.1 or later is recommended.
To burn audio CDs, you must have Mac OS 9.1 or later, the Authoring Support software, and a supported CD-RW drive.
The Authoring Support software is not included with the iTunes installation. Use Software Update to download the latest version. Choose Control Panels from the Apple menu, then choose Software Update from the submenu. Click the Update Now button. You will be notified if there is a newer version of Authoring Support for you to download.
Even if you do not intend to create audio CDs, if you are using Mac OS 9.1 or later you should download the Authoring Support software. It includes the latest CD/DVD driver software that iTunes uses while importing songs to your music library.
All internal Apple-supplied CD-RW drives work with iTunes. For a list of other drives that also work, see the iTunes Web site at www.apple.com/itunes/ | |
