The Options->General Settings->Network menu seems to suggest that connections can be set /limited. However, I have also noticed that INCOMING connections seem uncontrolled. I do have broadband connection but wonder if having 60-70 ultrapeer connections might be burdening my system a bit.... Not sure, really.
