looks like you hit "New Thread" --context is lost, so I don't have a clue. If you use the edit button on your above post you'll see a checkbox and a button to delete this thread, and post the reply where it belongs.
btw--LW used to have a really clear message that explaining why they had "no refund" policy [just checked--it's still there]. I remember missing it myself last year, though.
If you're the same steele that posted elsewhere, you got great support: one of the developers was actually responding to you, and you're even eligible for email support. Just keep giving them enough details so they can figure out your problem.
