Well I only have a McAfee firewall, and don't think I'm behind a proxy as I don't even know what that is. I don't think it's the McAfee firewall doing this as my grandmother has the same firewall, the same downloading program (Kazaa), and the same operating system (XP), but not the same problems. She can download items just fine. What should I do?
