Salut Jottagirl, so you've passed all the troubleshooting tests without results. If I would really want to run LW with a problem that relies on an OS intallation (this is obviously the case, it happens with every OS in a few cases), personnally I would reinstall OS 9.1. This is the natural solution. Sorry, but the masters at catching os 9 bugs are gone to greener woods.... (os x). I would back up everything, format the HD, make two partitions this time (much safer to keep a computer functionnal) and I would reinstall it. Then you'll be happy and ready to share with the gnutella community If you are not ready to enter this process, I'll understand you as data loss may occur with people lacking computing skills (this is really a potential benefits vs potential losses case).
