Just try to connect to more people.
Another option is to connect to the community which shares the files you really want (i.e. documents for e-books etc.)
There's a chance, that you'll get more of what you want.
If you have a really slow connection try to get the IP of a reflector (you'll find an URL for that somewhere on the limewire HP, somewhere)
