Mine moves the files just fine, unless I happen to have the file open when the download finishes. Then I get an "Unable To Move File" error on the download screen.
This sometimes happens with an MP3 if I'm using WinAmp to listen to what I've already received when the transfer completes.

Also, go to the setup menu and check to see that your temp folder and finished folder are not the same and that both folders exist.
