Default Limewire Staff where are you

On Saturday, 5 days ago, i paid for Limewire Pro. I have not received anything except an email confirming that they got my payment. I have emailed the people that sent me that email and i have emailed Limewire support staff. No one will answer my emails. I have posted to three of these forums. No moderator or staff will contact me. I want my money refunded. I do not like people to steal from me. I am really really sorry that in a spirit of wanting to support a good program, i sent money to Limewire. No one responds to my emails. they took my money and that was it, no Limewire Pro, just charged my credit card and that's it.
