I mean how many people offer the files you want to download? If there are only as few or only one "source" you canīt expect fast downloads. Try a popular file to test it.

So you are trying it for 3,5 months? And you were never over 5kb? Ask your provider if they are blocking the port 6346, this is the standard port Limewire is using. If they do you have to change your port. I had a similar problem with mine provider!
