Dear Experts:

As a new user, I am wondering if I am sharing my selected folders at all times (I use cable and leave my computer on all the time) as in Napster? Can't seem to find the answer in FAQ'S. Instructions seem to indicate that everything is shut down when I exit LimeWire. Also a general question: are downloaded audio files that break up on playback off my hard drive defective from the source and not worth burning?
