Default I cannot download quick, i.e. seems to be between 3 and 7 k, is this normal, I am new
I am new and cannot seem to get a quick download, I thought maybe I have myself restricted somehow, I am on cable and went to the paid site, thinking this would be the answer, maybe another site is better, any help would be appreciated
