Do things return to normal after resizing the frame, or after minimizing/restoring? Which version of Java do you use?

Also, it looks like you're using a modified CVS version, as those icons in the 'type' column aren't available in a released version yet, and the search bar is in a very different place. Try using the 3.8.6 as downloaded from our website.
