If you want an easy anwser there is no fastest network...

the networks differ in the number of users, files and availbility... but the speed depends on your connection and from the people you are downloading, availbility of files - for a fast download you need luck doesn´t matter which network you are using...

There are networks which are better for some sorts of files, the donkey network for example is very good for videos, games and other apllications.
