I still have limewire but wanted that limeshop/Top Moxie stuff off my computer. It was difficult but in addition to the add/remove method I went into my Program Files and deleted the folders completely. That seemed to do it as I no longer got this pop up error saying Top Moxie couldn't install. I am pretty sure that did it. good luck.
