implication that they are trying to make (as others do, as well) is that using Morpheus will enable people to download and upload all types of files and material
without fear of commiting copyright infringement(s).
This is impossible, yet it is intended that 'innocent' people will believe the descriptive 'claim' of
legal and thereby presume that they are 'protected' from either actions being taken against them by their Internet Service Provider(s) or by representatives of copyright holders.
It is simple
sophistry. A cheap trick.
'Proper' p2p clients and
real developers do not make such false and
deliberately misleading claims.
