Please remember I am using a Mac so I don't normally need to understand how it works - it just works.

Does this make sense? Would it be easier if I just uninstalled and reinstalled? If so how do I do this on the Mac? I usually drag and drop into the trash.

I feel I am getting out of my depth here!
