Just by double-clicking them. But BE CAREFUL!. Remember it's very risky to open them if you have downloaded them from a p2p application. If you did open it aand it seems nothing has happened, I strongly recommend you to run an anti virus test and a spyware remover. And check if nothing weird is loading at startup.
