This particular problem has been reported many a time before and it seems that the best way to resolve it is to disconnect using the selection under the File tab on the top of the screen, then to reconnect.
If that doesn't help then do the sure-fire way I use whenever this happens to me (rarely): quit Limewire then relaunch the app again and presto, the downlaod will seek sources and finish downloading almost immediately.
