means that other computers have not been able to connect to you on port 6346. You can call out (you are connected)--they can't call in.

The fix is to open the firewall (done) AND set up the Airport base station which routes all calls to the appropriate machine (it's like a second firewall).

I'd guess you need to Configure the AirPort Admin Utility (found in the Utilities folder, right?)
