Hi Ursula... Israel is still called the land of miracles but modern technology and good help also plays an important role. After the last fiasco and your reply, I downloaded the "international version" rather than the simpler "English." It went right into the Symantec list. I clicked on the icon, a couple of windows came up asking what to do about LimeWire shop, jar, etc. I set all to always open and BINGO... It went right through..... It's turbocharged right now. Thanks for all your help and patience. No blanket was necessary. DOV
