Also, do a search on Gnutella for
Winamp 2.81 Full Suite Pro+
or
Winamp 2.95 Full Suite Pro+
The 2.95 version is more or less the same as the 2.81 except for the inclusion of Video and more Library stuff...
The Winamp versions mentioned contain the plug-ins you need to rip just about anything.
They are not available from any site...
