Ok what area you dling? Movies, music, programs.... Always select files with the highest number of sources (in the left side of the search column bar). When it asks for more sources, there is a button in the download window that you can click on when you select the file in need of sources. If you are dling movies, enable the vendor column (right click on the column bar) and try to avoid files with RAZA sources.
