for sure, i know, because i'm part of a similar network, but for sure i am not part of every lan! And it bothers me to get search results from hosts that are unroutable for me. But can I blacklist the IP-Range 192.168.0.0/24 to get rid of these unroutable offers?

Thats new for me and makes sense. But I prefer to use a client which allows freeloading instead of offering files and forbid uploads.
I have full sympathy for freeloaders if they uses a dialup modem- or isdn-connection. Because filesharing would be expensive!
But its not a good way to offer unreachable files.
Thats bad for the usability of this network!
