I've got college ethernet, so, whatever speed (I never know if that's cable or T1. I think T1).
I'm studying abroad. Back home, none of my friends use P2P, they use the network to share. Couple thousand kids on the same network removes the need of P2P. So, I'm using LimeWire for the first time.
I found a gnutella.net when I searched. It's got a lot of web addresses. 20 or so. I don't want to post them, because I wonder if it's OK.
I really don't know if it's a connection thing. I think there's something wrong with the program or my OS configs, but I haven't changed the configs and the program USED to work. It used to start up in seconds, now, it takes five minutes to start up. It takes 5 minutes to even get to the point where there is the little 3 inch by 3 inch window that shows the logo and has "loading preferences" and all those other loading messages that display before the program window loads.
