Click on
Start in Windoze XP...
Next...
Do a 'Search' or 'Find' for any filename that you are sure was in your BearShare Downloads Folder...
(Do NOT shoot your monitor !!! There are other ways to be rid of that damned dog !)
or
If BearShare is still installed, just click on
File in the Menu Bar, on the upper left of the GUI, and then select
Explore Downloads.
(Same for your BearShare
Temp files.)
