I don't think anything changed between 3.9.3 & 3.9.6 with regards to the Options... so if it was broke then, it's probably broke now (unless some miracle fixed it). We'll see if we can duplicate this behaviour to fix it.

Which theme were you using? (And does changing themes fix it?)
