For each individual download I cannot seem to get a speed of more than 10KB/s. However usually when I download things I can get a speed of 50KB/s. The weird thing is that I can get 5 downloads on Limewire at 10KB/s but none seem to go above this mark.

Is there some setting that will be limiting my download speeds??
