Can files that get manually added to the shared folders after LW has started be uploaded, or is a Refresh first required?

btw--4.0.3 on 10.3.3 looks fine so far. Should we look for the changelog for the 30 fixes (whew! probably takes longer to document than fix ) here or the CVS logs? FWIW, http://www.limewire.com/english/cont..._history.shtml only shows up to 3.9.12
