Limewire 4.0.4 Pro on Mandrake 10.0 Official with java 1.4.2_04

1. That stupid "Getting Started" splash screen displaying every time I start LimeWire. No option in preferences to get rid of it. Not all of the text is visible on this Getting Started screen, it cuts off after about four lines. Perhaps there's a check box at the bottom that isn't being displayed that would let me turn the dang thing off? The splash isn't resizeable so I don't know what is being cut off.

2. In the Classic skin (still the only nice one), the progress bars for inactive search tabs don't display because the bar color matches the shade color exactly. You can only see the progress bar on the tab that has the focus. This bug only affects the Classic skin and was not present in 3.8.5 Pro.

3. Buttons do not re-size correctly, so that "Find Sources" often only has room for "Find So". Again, this bug was not present in 3.8.5 Pro.

4. Sometimes it just hangs and doesn't want to re-draw the screen.

5. Tools/Options dialog must STILL be manually re-sized in order to display the "Restore Defaults", "OK", "Cancel" and "Apply" buttons. This has been a problem with ALL versions of Limewire on Mandrake that I have used in the last two years.
