You did not respond to a potential paying customer's concerns in a timely manner, and therefore you are losing business. Now it's time for me to spread the word that the 4.0 series of Limewire versions do not work at all acceptably on WinXP machines, vote it down on download.com, and the like...you had your chance to fix these problems (which, I note again for the record, have been around in varying degrees of severity since early 3.x versions or even earlier) and you chose instead to ignore them and focus on creeping featurism.
