Hi
Let me start by saying I am fairly new to all this and I have managed to get some really great things that I am most happy with. I also have gotten some that IF I ever learn what the HECK I am doing i JUST may get to burn them and use them LOL
I have learned a LOT about different file types etc and I have managed to get a lot of cool utilities and stuff that i never knew existed So i Love this

BUT Unfortunatly in every good bunch you get a bad apple or so and I have found a couple of those
For instance there is a user whom I downloaded two things from Both are the Same exact file and BOTH are dialers for overseas calls or something like that When browsing the host I see that ALL the files and we are talking a LOT are the very same even though they are listed as a million different things

This is the sort of thing that ruins this and makes it bad for everyone I attempted to look for a report number or something like that and found nothing
so figured why not check here??
So any help on what if anything is done when you happen upon this type thing?
