Try whatever master Sauron, the Lord of the Rings proposed. If none of it works then try renaming the file, while giving it a usual music file extension (keep the name, but instead of .dmg at the end, make it .mp3 or something). See if that works (doubtful, but you never know).
If again none of this works, try running a search in LW for the same file again and see if someone has the chat feature enabled so that you can try asking them if the file works or not.
