There's multiple reasons some files might not continue from one day to the next. It can be net traffic, gnutella traffic, people with those files not being online, netwk traffic at the source, depending on your connection (eg: cable can be affected by local neighboring users), files wanted are in short supply, files wanted are wanted by many people so the upld bandwidth is busy with them so you get put in a cue to share bit by bit over time or not at all in that day, you haven't connected to enough ultrapeers, etc. When your files are being shared & uplded, it helps to make more connections with other ultrapeers. Some days or times of day can be very difficult to be successful as you suggested on your 1st day. We are at the mercy of the net weather.
