Depending on which OS you use, on Mac OSX: go to LW Prefs & look at Sharing (2nd on list). This will show which folders you're sharing & their location. You can add more if you wish.
On PC Windows: go to LW menu-Options-Sharing & you will find your shared folder there. (Once you know the folders's name, you can search for it with Explorer so you can access it.)
Once you know the location of the shared folder & your Dwnlds folder (if it's different), keep a reference of it somewhere so they're easy to find & access in future. (On Mac, perhaps even make an alias of the folders & put somewhere easy to find such as in the Dock or Favourites in Menu Items.) On PC, one way is to put a reference of these folders into Explorer so it's quick to find & access.
Your shared folders will appear in your LW Library window. Click on the folder's name to see what files are there. Hope that answered your question.
