Yeah, I usually leave it enabled(unchecked) but now, for some reason, I can't even get turbocharged.
Until a few days ago I could. I used to get turbocharged with 5 seconds of connecting...not any more. That's part of the problem. Now whether the ultrapeer is checked on or off, the connections I'm getting are exactly the same. With ultrapeer enabled, I was like 10 connections, now I'm only getting 5.
