The number of ultrapeers for free was reduced to 3 from 4, and Pro was reduced to 5 from 6 (however that was broken in 4.1.3, but will be fixed in the next release). The changes should have absolutely no effect on the amount of results you recieve, and might actually improve your results because the traffic on the network will reduce, allowing more room for your query to travel.
