Error -95 is a Hardware error [excessive collisions on write]. If you have any hard drive utilities (DiskWarrior in particular/Norton/TechTool Pro), check your HDD over. Use Apple's Disk Utility which can be found in the Utilities folder. You could also try apple's hardware test cd. Then re-dwnld another copy of the installer just in case. Your installer may have been corrupted in due to this hdd error.
