Thanks very much, et voila. I notice that you have automatic reporting of bugs turned on -- could you possibly turn that off (so it shows you an error every time)? It'd be nice to see if there's an internal error prompting any of these bugs.

The only odd thing I can notice with the example bug report is that the number of "DownloadWorker" threads is 64, yet you only had 1 managed download and 1 individual worker active.

That would be consistent with your other findings that downloading is causing errors. I've been unable to reproduce this myself, so perhaps there is something unique with OSX. Do you happen to have a Windows machine, or an older OSX box to run with?
