If I understand you right you managed to start a download with the "force resume" option? This was a lucky situation that one source had a free slot at this time... when the download says quequed the sources are busy and have no free slot, you have to wait until the download starts or search for an other song if you donīt want to wait - there is no fix because this is a normal situation you are not alone who wants to download...
