It's not uncommon for a file to stop dwnlding before it reaches 100%. I'd suggest you (leave it where it is) do a search for it again. It should restart dwnlding. Also, if you have a look at image (A) in http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=28103 you'll see that in my case, it's NOT uncommon for a file stop midway. They may have gone offline, or I lost the connection with them for a no. of reasons.
