What I was saying is this is an issue with macosx but might also be an issue with some Windows users. To check to see if you have the most recent of Java (click on link) for your OS version. Updating your Java version might not fix this issue. Certainly for mac it's rather endemic of LW for osx & the general instability of Java itself.
