The os9 LW is a bin file. StuffIt Expander should be able to open it. I can't remember whether it expands into another compressed file such as a sit file or whether it opens into a type of disk image onto your desktop (which is where you should be able to find the installer.) Sit files of course can be opened by S.Expander (as can bin & hqx files which are also compressed formats.)
