Yes and No. Pro is not that much different from Basic. Actually, at first glance, the only diffs are the lack of the that pop-up window at start-up.
But, if you want to keep having LW to dld stuff from, then you gotta support developement. Plus, it connects to more hosts and has some other features (probably) that are more in the "background".
