It could potentially be for numerous reasons. Forcing resume is one reason. This function cuses LW to continually do searches every few mins for those files selected. If it's many of them then it'll drain the energy out of yur connecton quality thus if u have less than 2 or 3 green bars you won't be able to do a search. That's the side effect of resuming files!
