Going Pro won't do anything about this.
It's mostly because of what happens at the other end of the telephone line. If the other user is busy, then you're gonna wait, and wait, and wait. And then, you're probably gonna wait some more.
Try doing a search for the dld again to see if LW can pick up any new sources to dld from.
