The Content-Aware Fill

Wishing a healthy and happy New Year to ALL who have been helping me on Gnutella over several years.

My problem: how to use the Content-Aware Fill in Photoshop CC2019?

If I am not asking too much, could you kindly let me have a step-by-step method that's not too complicated to use?
