My Alcatel mobile phone is paired to the computer, but how to transfer the photos from it to the computer in Windows 10?

I get a message on the computer asking me to compare a number with the
number on my phone, but how to access the number on my phone?

Moreover, the bluetooth icon on my taskbar has vanished. Somehow (forgive me, but I forget how!) a SHORTCUT icon for it has popped up on my desktop, but I want the icon on the taskbar, where I usually access it to receive a file.
