Default changing black and white photo to colour
Is there an easy way to change a B & W photo to colour?

If possible, please don't reply by video but by step-by-step directions, as I find it hard to follow videos. Many thanks in advance.

Apparently Photoshop 2021 has a new filter called Colorize Neural Filter that can help do this for you.
