I would like to have stepbystep tutorial for changing the colour of the sky in a picture using Photoshop CS5

1. Do you wish to replace the original sky or add a sky texture from another photo?
2. Or do you wish to adjust the colours of the sky?
3. Or to create your own sky from scratch?

Once upon a time, I think Photoshop did come with sample sky textures.
